Hydraulic pipe tipper 5.0 tons capacity

This tipper is designed for lifting pipes or profiles from the horizontal to the inclined state. The tilter is necessary to perform the operation-the precipitation of shot from the products (used for cleaning pipes and profiles). The equipment is located in the metal preservation warehouse in the CSM in order to meet the safety requirements during operation and save the consumption of shot.

The pipe tiller has a number of important features that optimize its operation:

- The attachment of the pipe bundle or profile to the tiller is carried out by means of belts;

- On the internal surfaces, fluoroplast plates are placed, which prevent damage to the coating of the pipe or profile;

- A device or unit for exciting mechanical vibrations (vibrator) allows you to speed up the execution of the technological operation;

- Ribbed thrust surface for fixing products with a hole in the lower part for pouring the shot into the tray.
