Updated the Declaration of Conformity for trolley frame-type suspensions.

The Gruzopodyem plant has completed the certification process and received a new Declaration of Compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the Safety of Machinery and Equipment" (TR CU 010/2011) for trolley frame type suspensions. This means that the products have passed the necessary tests and quality assessment to confirm the safety and reliability when using them.
