ROUND-ROW TEXTILE SLINGS
The round-row loop sling STR consists of one round-row branch with loops at the ends. It can be attached directly to the crane hook. Due to the presence of a protective cover, it has high wear resistance and durability. It has a smaller width compared to its belt counterparts and greater capacity for carrying capacity.

Our company manufactures this type of slings with a lifting capacity of up to 300.0 tons according to TU 3178-001-87879481-2010 in accordance with RD 24SZK-01-01.

By design, round-string slings are a core, with thin synthetic threads arranged in parallel, forming a bundle in the form of a ring and a protective cover around it made of dense synthetic woven material. The protective cover protects the core fibers from damage and keeps them in a parallel position. It has a high resistance to abrasion. When using slings at sub-zero temperatures and high humidity, the core is not damaged by ice floes, since moisture does not linger in the cover. Due to its special design, the round-row sling is very elastic and flexible. It gently fits the transported cargo, easily takes any shape.

Round-row slings are successfully used for the most difficult climbs, because they are easily wound up under the structure of any configuration and allow you to implement almost all methods of slinging. This distinguishes them favorably from steel ropes and textile tape slings. Round-row slings withstand dynamic loads better than belt and rope slings due to their high elastic properties. The reversible elongation of synthetic materials of round-row slings is up to 5% of the length of the sling. Since the core of the round-string sling is protected from external influence by a cover, it does not lose its properties under the influence of ultraviolet radiation.

Textile round-row slings are made of both domestic and imported materials with a safety factor of 8:1 and are made of various load capacities from 0.5 to 300 tons.
