The H-shaped traverse with lifting by the edges is used for lifting and moving a large list of loads. This traverse is used to move loads that require attachment for 4 points. Its design eliminates the pressure of the slings on the lifted load (with the right choice of overall dimensions of the equipment). Thanks to the slinging by the edges of the traverse, it successfully moves loads with an unknown or asymmetric center of gravity.
This H-shaped traverse has a significantly lower mass than a similar one, but with a rise beyond the center. At the same time, the height of the traverse itself is greater. Its attachment to the crane is carried out by a two-branch sling.
